Job Title: Group Training Coach
Job Description: Forever Young Fitness Club is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Group Training Coach to join our team full-time. As a Group Training Coach, you will lead small to medium-sized groups through personalized fitness sessions designed to maximize results and foster a supportive community atmosphere. You will create and implement engaging workouts, ensure proper technique, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals within a group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct small to medium-sized group training sessions, adapting workouts to meet the varying fitness levels and goals of participants.
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and ongoing progress evaluations to customize training programs and track client development.
- Demonstrate exercises, provide clear instructions on form and technique, and maintain a safe and supportive training environment.
- Motivate and inspire participants to stay committed to their fitness journey, encouraging personal growth and achievement.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere where participants feel encouraged, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new fitness techniques, and best practices to continually enhance group training programs.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and fitness staff to coordinate schedules, share ideas, and uphold Forever Young Fitness Club's standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) or equivalent experience in group fitness instruction.
- Proven experience leading group training sessions and developing effective workout programs for diverse client populations.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and functional movement patterns.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage and inspire participants in a group setting.
- Ability to modify workouts on the fly to accommodate different fitness levels and individual needs.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate group training schedules.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
