ForeverLawn Black Hills provides our customers with uniquely designed synthetic grass solutions for applications ranging from lawns and playgrounds to golf greens and pet facilities, to sports fields and gyms.
Our organization is looking for a skilled professional to support daily operations with the opportunity to transition into a Full Time Office Manager role. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, have excellent multitasking abilities, and the drive to ensure the smooth running of office functions as it pertains to sales, installations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain established CRM system (Monday)
- Support Sales and Marketing functions such as Leads-to-Sales workflows, mass email campaigns, Google Analytics reporting, social media marketing, and customer communications
- Post basic transactions in Quickbooks app
- Assist with HR functions i.e. onboarding and new employee orientation
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and other office communications
- Perform regular and meaningful reporting on essential functions and sales KPIs
- Facilitate Closed-Loop-Warranty-System registrations and claims
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide support during company events and functions
