Forge is based in Columbus, Ohio, in a 200,000 square foot facility known affectionately by team members as, the Hearth. The Hearth, is a custom-designed cGMP facility dedicated to AAV manufacturing and hosts scalable, end-to-end manufacturing services.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join the Forge Biologics team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and be part of a team that will be supporting the growth of the organization.  The individual chosen for this position will support the recruiting team by scheduling candidate interviews (onsite and virtual).  This role will deliver timely results and focus on delivering quality experience to both internal and external stakeholders.  This position will be based in Columbus, OH. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational support for the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience.
  • Recruiting support and coordination, which includes scheduling meetings and candidate interviews, preparing agendas, travel arrangements, onsite interview logistics management, and tracking candidates through the recruitment process. 
  • Manage the logistics and provide support during onsite candidate interviews.
  • Ensures positive, seamless recruiting process for all internal partners, stakeholders, and candidates. 
  • Triage key issues that arise during the recruitment process. 
  • Utilize existing technologies and assist in developing tools and templates to support the recruiting process. 
  • Supports the People team by managing pre-hire onboarding diligence, including systems onboarding, background checks and drug screens.
  • Coordinate and support TA related events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Support employer branding efforts by monitoring and managing Forge’s Glassdoor account.
  • Contribute to process improvements by leveraging existing tools and developing new resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail 
  • Highly collaborative team player with a positive mindset
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and proactive to able to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline drive, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management software (CRM) and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position works in a typical office environment where the physical work demands will vary depending on the specific tasks and duties required of the job. This is largely a sedentary role; persons holding office positions are generally subject to inside environmental conditions having the lighting, temperature, and noise of an open floor-plan office environment. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Regularly communicate with others in person, over the phone, and electronically. Must be able to move and/or carry objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
