This role involves sell-side and buy-side commercial transactions for private corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions and complex tax matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Structure and execute on M&A deals.
- Review and draft contracts and corporate documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide corporate and partnership tax advice on deals and other structures.
- Opportunity to help mentor less experienced associates.
