Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Close Opportunities: Prospect, cold call, and establish strong relationships with customers in the heavy-duty truck and equipment industry.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Aggressively pursue new business and develop strategies to achieve market share targets.
- Presentation & Solution Selling: Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals that provide value for the customer and the business.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including overseeing truck preparation, delivery, and post-sale support.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on our truck inventory, industry trends, and customer applications to effectively recommend the right solutions.
- Market Expansion: Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to build your network and generate new leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular updates on market trends and forecasts.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience or training in heavy-duty truck sales, equipment sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales. Prior experience in truck, equipment, or related sales is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Must have a “hunter” mindset and a passion for hitting goals.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
- Character: Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude. A go-getter mentality who takes ownership of every deal.
