This role is all about making the Forge experience excellent for every member and guest. You’ll be the go-to support for daily operations—everything from managing virtual member needs to helping prepare conference rooms and welcoming guests. You’ll work closely with our Community Manager to ensure Forge runs smoothly and feels amazing. The perfect person for this position will have a love of serving others almost as much as they love details and follow through!

- You will be responsible for maintaining and building all systems that keep Forge operating as an efficient and profitable business, this includes facilities management.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining and active sales pipeline.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and tracking all KPI’s.
- You will be the main contact and point person for handling all virtual mail at Forge.
- Day to day you will be responsible for welcoming members and guests while serving their needs, preparing conference rooms, preparing Forge for any events and all end of day activities.
- You will be the main support for administrative tasks as they arise, member management, sales follow up, process management.
- You are committed to growing as a team member and a person. You are open to constructive criticism, humble, and able to speak openly about both your strengths and weaknesses. No one on the Forge Team thinks that they know all the right answers, we work together to create the best product where our number one goal is excellent service to our members.
- You are detail oriented and enjoy working through a list of tasks to accomplish.
- You have working knowledge of Google Sheets, Doc and Slides. You are tech Savy with the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- You must be detail oriented and enjoy working with spreadsheets, documents and multiple softwares at the same time.
- You have exceptional Customer Services skills, including the ability to remain calm and flexible in a continually changing environment, always maintaining the customer first attitude.
- You are open to work nights and weekends as needed to manage events.
- Represent Forge as a welcoming and trustworthy place for members and guests. We are in the business of serving our members with excellence!
- Develop an atmosphere of comfort and trust with our members.
- Learn and be proficient in all software systems (Office R&D, Slack, Google Drive, CRM, Notion, Zapier)
- Provide tours and onboard new members
- Perform opening, daily and/or closing shift duties including, making coffee, preparing conference rooms, restocking kitchen, always making sure Forge is clean and tidy, front desk shifts…
