- Monitor project progress against timelines and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate activities of various subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Site Supervision:
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify safety hazards and quality control issues.
- Oversee site setup and maintenance, including temporary utilities and facilities.
- Address on-site problems and conflicts promptly, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols on the construction site.
- Conduct safety meetings with crew members to address potential hazards and promote safe work practices.
- Quality Control:
- Perform regular inspections to ensure construction quality meets project specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues with subcontractors and materials.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project budget and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Work with the project manager to address any budget concerns.
- Communication:
- Maintain open communication with the project manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and potential issues.
