Job Description
Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking four skilled and dedicated CT / X-Ray Technologists for a contract position in Anacortes, Washington. This role is essential for providing high-quality imaging services in the Radiology department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and X-rays on patients according to established protocols and procedures.
- Provide imaging services for trauma, strokes, outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room patients.
- Assist with a small volume of procedures as required.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Start IVs as needed for contrast administration.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Document all imaging studies accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system (Meditech), and utilize PACS for image management.
