Industrial Safety Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Industrial Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safety training classes that ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety within all organizations.

Duties

• Deliver comprehensive on-site safety training classes for customers, focusing on OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments to track customer progress and compliance.
• Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software to streamline training processes and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety training.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum in safety training within the construction industry or a similar field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
