Our Lead Generator Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential customers (leads) through various channels like phone calls (including cold calls) emails, and social media, to generate qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential customers through online databases, social media, networking, and other sources to build a qualified lead list.
- Evaluating potential leads based on criteria like their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Initiating contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, or social media messages to engage them and present the company's value proposition.
- Maintaining communication with potential leads through follow-up calls and emails to keep them informed and move them further through the sales funnel.
- Updating and managing lead information in a CRM system to track progress and ensure accurate data.
- Analyzing lead generation metrics to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Experience and interest in cold calling and sales
- Ability to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone, email, and other communication channels
- Convincingly present the benefits of the company's products or services to generate interest
- Ability to identify and gather relevant information about potential leads
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software to manage lead data
- Efficient organization and time management skills
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market trends and changing customer needs
