Responsibilities:
To manage all projects from start to finish ensuring that the company follows through on its obligations to its customers
Description of Work:
- Manages overall project scheduling and resources in Microsoft Project with Operations Manager input
- Performs project start-up process on all new projects, including but not limited to creating job startup folder with project documents
- Reviews all contracts prior to signing and presents comments to CFO
- Performs subcontractor, material and rental equipment buyouts
- Reviews and approves all bills on his/her projects
- Manages product submittal process
- Processes RFI’s as necessary
- Performs AlA invoicing on monthly basis to all customers by their due dates
- Reviews plan revisions/ changes and produces Change Order Requests, maintains change order log on all projects and resolves outstanding change orders
- Processes all T&M Slips into change order requests
- Manages plan administration and issuance to field staff
- Communicates plan revisions with Operations team
- Attends project meetings with client as necessary
- Facilitates jobs start up / pre-construction meetings.
- Coordinates between Operations Manager and client on project schedule
- Works directly with Operations Manager on resource requirements
- Manages resolution of field errors and fixes
- Updates cost to complete on all jobs on a monthly basis

Base Pay: Competitive salary based on experience and skillset

- 45-50 hours per week
Education:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction Industry Experience: 5 years
- Project Management Experience: 5 years
Work Location: In person. Rindge, New Hampshire
