We’re growing quickly—and this summer, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized intern to support our team during the busiest season of the year.
About the Role:
As the Event Operations & Vendor Relations Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting high-end events at some of Colorado’s most sought-after venues. You’ll work closely with the lead planner on event prep, vendor communications, specialty rental logistics (think champagne towers and custom shot windows!), and day-of coordination support.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with vendor outreach, confirmations, and timelines
- Help organize specialty rentals and on-site installations
- Support behind-the-scenes logistics for weddings and events
- Attend select weddings as on-site assistant to lead coordinator
- Prep and update event materials (timelines, checklists, decor pulls)
- Participate in styled shoots and marketing support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and clients
- Reflect our polished, calm, and capable brand on-site and online
