What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at FormanFord?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls
- Sort and distribute mail and arrange for UPS/Shipping
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with construction support needs and assist with ordering materials as directed
- Assist new hires with paperwork and submit it to Human Resources
- Enter payroll into computer system and assist HR on payroll related issues
- Process the billing for the branch which includes A/R and collections
- Code and enter and job code all payables for the branch, projects assigned and any other that arise
- Complete, process and file customer and vendor lien waivers
- Reconcile credit cards and code expense reports for the branch
- Issue job warranties at the closeout of projects
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with compliance for the Davis-Bacon Act
- Assist and coordinate with HR and Accounting on activities related to new hires, terminations, process improvements and other initiatives
- Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.
- Other duties as assigned ‘
- Computer Ease (CE) usage for set up of jobs, customers, etc.
- Fleet administration support with Safety Director

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma/equivalent and at least 2 years of office assistant experience, or equivalent training and work experience
Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Working Environment
This position is typically performed in an office environment with fairly frequent interruptions requiring focus and the ability to return to tasks. This position requires working on and with cross functional teams including all Forman Ford Branches and with Corporate Headquarters.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively, sit, use his/her hands with coordination and precision to type and use a computer at regular speed and accuracy and see details at close range. There is occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds.
