Job Responsibilities:
Input of vendor invoices
Open PO and accrual reconciliation
Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
Monitor freight charges and resolve discrepancies with vendors
Ad hoc reports for management
What you need to bring to the table:
Time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt, stay organized, and prioritize
Computer Literacy (demonstrated solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)
Communication Skills
College degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
