Duties
- Supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Conduct staff training sessions to enhance team performance and maintain service standards.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling and delegating tasks among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and ambiance to create an inviting environment for guests.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
