What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire plant staff and employees to achieve manufacturing goals and foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee all plant activities through strategic planning and effective delegation.
- Advance our Lean Manufacturing program, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and implement robust systems for capital, operating, and maintenance expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety (OSHA), and environmental protection standards.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to energize and motivate diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across functions.
- Experience managing unionized facilities and building effective relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
