Position Overview:

As a Sewer Installer at Formica Plumbing & Sewer Co., you will be responsible for the installation and repair of sewer systems inside and outside homes and businesses. You will also work on septic and waterproofing jobs, ensuring that safety is always the top priority. Your role is crucial in maintaining the functionality and safety of our clients' sewer systems, providing them with reliable solutions and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair sewer systems in residential and commercial properties
• Perform septic system installations and repairs
• Execute waterproofing jobs to protect structures from water damage
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed assessments
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Uphold and prioritize safety standards in all operations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Educate customers about the condition of their sewer systems and recommend appropriate solutions

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Sewer Installer or in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of sewer systems; septic systems and waterproofing is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid certifications as required by Ohio state law
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewer installation is a plus

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k) matching, comprehensive training, paid time-off
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 – 3:30 with overtime opportunities available
• Location: Field-based, serving residential and commercial customers in Northeast Ohio
