We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our chemical manufacturing operations.

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for the production of 3D printing photopolymer resins following Quality Management System procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices and for the maintenance of the ISO 8 room and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with Production Manager and HQ to determine production schedules

· Manufacturing of 3D printing photopolymer resins in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System. Development of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs)

· Maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment in accordance to established procedures

· Participate in troubleshooting of production issues

· Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.

· Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

· Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.

· Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

· Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.

· Monitor and document employee attendance and performance.

· Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.

· Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

· Implement and maintain production processes in compliance with ISO 13485.

· Ensure product traceability and adherence to QMS procedures.

· All other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

· Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field, or 3 or more years of experience in a related field.

· Experience in the manufacturing of 3D printing photopolymer resins

· Experience with scale up manufacturing

· Ability to operate manufacturing equipment

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks

· Microsoft Office and Google Docs proficiency
