We are seeking a dedicated and experienced day shift Production Supervisor for one of the world's premier manufacturers of laminated glass products. The Production Supervisor will serve as the first line of management on the production floor.
Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain workflow by leading team members and observing equipment, identifying cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures
- Compile, sort, and analyze production performance records and data
- Resolve personnel issues as the arise; investigate issues, identify solutions, and recommend actions
- Adhere to and ensure compliance of all quality standards
Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, a 4-year degree in Business Management or related field, and strong problem-solving skills. Formal certifications in Six Sigma, Accelerated Root Cause or LEAN Manufacturing strongly preferred.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
