Title: Instrument Technician
Department: I/E Maintenance IV
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensures the efficient operation of process instrumentation
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School graduate or equivalent2. Valid Driver’s License3. Associate degree in Instrumentation or Electronics or Two (2) years’ experience (PLC, Analyzer & DCS) experience preferred
TRAINING
Safety and policy training available after hire.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Troubleshoot and repair all conventional instrumentation including DCS and Analyzers2. Daily paperwork as required3. On call duty4. Perform Daily route check of assigned area5. Calibration all conventional instrumentation, Analyzers & DCS6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, ISO, personnel, quality, environmental, health, safety, regulatory and company requirements.7. Work outside normal shift hours as needed, including on call duty as assigned.8. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.9. Comply with NTG (Nothing Touching the Ground) requirements. Including daily audits.10. Be active in Operation Clean Sweep, and ensure employees are aware of and accountable for pellet loss prevention, containment, cleanup and disposal.11. Perform other duties as assigned
