Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is wanting to grow and learn supporting the daily operations of the Winery while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires leadership skills, time management, and the ability to manage inventory. The Assistant Manager will assist with administrative duties, training staff, managing sales activities, assist in developing and executing social media strategies, and maintaining a well-organized environment.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Winery.
- Drive sales by promoting the Winery and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including organization and replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to enhance the experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. To include digital and web design.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- This role requires a passion for storytelling through various digital platforms, as well as a strong understanding of current trends in social media and advertising.
