Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be a point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, take orders from our customers, place orders with our vendors, generate invoices, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every client. The ideal candidate will possess strong Communication skills, Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and have a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle both vendors and customers inbound & outbound calls and emails to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Utilize computerized systems effectively to track interactions and manage customer accounts.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for up selling or cross-selling products.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll forms, data entry, keeping detailed notes of all entries and orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Office and typing.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
