We are currently seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Manufacturing Team Member to join our Pittsburgh manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks throughout the warehouse to ensure efficient and safe production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks with flexibility and adaptability.
- Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products from raw materials, using skills such as screwing, measuring, cutting, clipping, hooking, or other necessary actions.
- Label and tag products and packages correctly.
- Pack finished goods into appropriate boxes and track production on schedule boards.
- Notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Willingly work in different areas of the warehouse, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
Physical Demands:
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods (8-10 hours) daily.
- Use both hands to control equipment and materials during the production process.

Work Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
