The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all administrative duties. This includes assisting with order fulfilment, training, as well as reviewing and reporting any discrepancies of ticket blocks to senior management. This position will also assist as needed with accreditation requests and other duties as assigned by management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with department management to ensure ticket blocks are properly managed
- Input and process ticket orders as received
- Closely monitor online available inventory and recommend changes as needed
- Assist analytics as needed with reporting and pricing comparisons on the secondary market
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Work with Ticket Ops and Premium Sales & Service teams to ensure training materials are kept up to date
- Conduct and/or assist Premium Sales & Service with new hire training
- Assist Premium Sales & Service team with system related questions and troubleshooting
- Liaise with Event Operations regarding event day procedures including ticket/credential/wristband access control, and any other operational issues that may arise
- Work with Ticketmaster for event week system deployment. This will include but is not limited to scanner programming, iPad and Box Office setup
- Conduct chargeback research and liaise with Finance on outcome of findings
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster Host preferred
- Must be comfortable with conducting new hire training
- Be a self-starter with keen attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year within the event ticketing industry preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Archtics and Ticketmaster Host preferred
- Experience with ticket sales, reporting and inventory management preferred
- Experience with Account Manager is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
