We’re recruiting a Corporate Trainer/ Patient Success Manager for Formula Wellness. This role develops and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge while also enhancing the patient experience to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role combines training development with team leadership to drive performance and patient retention.
Formula Wellness is a comprehensive, medical-based program that provides personalized consultation, preventive testing, and integrated wellness and aesthetics services, empowering individuals to pursue longevity inside out. The company’s founding cornerstones to holistic wellness include nutrition, hormone balance, supplementation, and aesthetics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, nursing, education, or similar (MBA, MHA, or MPH a plus).
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in patient service settings. (Experience in multi-site healthcare preferred.)
- Strong understanding of patient excellence principles and practices.
- Experience in healthcare preferred (ideally in med spa or wellness).
- Experience with change management or post-merger integration a plus.

- Expertise in Modernizing Medicine.

- Problem-solving skills to address patient issues and team challenges effectively.
- Adaptability to changing needs and priorities within the organization.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on patient excellence.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations to tailor programs effectively.
- Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Oversee the patient experience, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the patient experience coordinators.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and improve performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and patient feedback.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
