Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet cGMP standards and FDA requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
- Manage new product transfers, perform equipment fit and gap analyses, and author critical documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and provide on-the-floor support during batch manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of process engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical expertise and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
