What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Line Lead - Night Shift position at FORMULIFE, LLC?
The Production lead oversees all aspects of the production floor which includes the manufacturing process, including planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that products are being made in a timely and efficient manner. This position reports to the Production supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use as needed
- Scheduling production runs or shifts to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Reviewing quality control reports for accuracy and addressing any problems that arise with
- Overseeing the production process from beginning to end, including hiring and supervising staff members and planning schedules
- Determining whether additional staffing is needed to meet production goals
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Ensure full adherence to GMP
- Perform other duties as assigned
