Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and chat to introduce our products/services and identify their needs.
- Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience in similar industry ( Aluminum/ Vinyl) in sales or customer service, preferably in the wholesale materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (JobNimbus), Custom Books, Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
