Position Overview

As a Records Clerk, you will ensure the efficient management, digitization, and organization of our legal records, contributing directly to the success of our legal team. You will bring your 2 years of records experience, ideally within a legal or corporate setting, to help us maintain top-tier client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain legal records and files in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Handle data entry, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all records.
  • Lead scanning and digitization processes, implementing best practices, and conducting quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to retrieve important documents for case preparation.
  • Utilize cutting-edge records management software (LegalKey, FileTrail, iManage) to streamline recordkeeping.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and firm policies.
  • Generate and analyze reports, metrics, and KPIs, and handle high-volume records management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of records management experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digitization workflows and managing quality control.
  • Proficiency with records management software, including LegalKey, FileTrail, or iManage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds as needed.
