Regional Client Relations Manager
- Salary: $70K–$80K
- Location: Chicago, IL (On-site) Monday - Friday
Forrest Solutions is seeking a Regional Client Relations Manager (RCRM) to lead our Mobile Associate Program and oversee one-person accounts across multiple sites in downtown Chicago. This hands-on role requires strong leadership in print, mail, receptionist, facilities, and hospitality services, ensuring seamless coverage and client satisfaction. Working Manager lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage associates across multiple sites, ensuring proper staffing, scheduling, and high service standards.
- Assign and oversee the mobile team, ensuring full coverage across Downtown Chicago.
- Oversee daily operations, client relations, and service delivery according to Forrest Solutions’ policies.
- Maintain and update Operational Guides and Site Operations Manuals, implementing service enhancements.
- Support invoice/billing processes and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and participate in management meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide direct support in print, mail, file manipulation, and Acrobat PDF tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in a corporate service environment.
- Experience managing teams across multiple sites and working with legal copy/print services.
- Strong leadership, staff mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- On-site presence is required five days a week at various downtown Chicago locations. (Monday - Friday)
- Flexibility is required – call-offs may occur before 6 a.m. and after 7 p.m. This is not a standard 8 a.m.–5 p.m. position.
