In This Role, You'll

  • Become a trusted advisor for seniors: Actively listen to understand individual needs, recommend the most suitable senior product solutions, and empower clients to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Drive growth and innovation: Proactively identify new opportunities, develop creative outreach strategies, and contribute to the expansion of our Senior Products department.
  • Master the art of connection: Utilize outbound marketing skills (warm/cold calls, emails, texts) to build relationships with seniors and guide them towards the perfect solutions.
  • Champion operational excellence: Efficiently manage leads, track progress, and maintain organized records using CRM and communication platforms.
  • Collaborate and thrive: Foster positive teamwork, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive and high-performing work environment.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Minimum 2 years of successful Medicare tele-sales experience
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License
  • Exceptional communication skills: Engage clients in friendly, professional conversations and overcome objections with finesse.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits
  • Tech-savviness: Navigate CRM and communication platforms with ease.
  • Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, obtain AHIP and Carrier certifications, and continuously improve.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Collaborative spirit and emotional intelligence
  • Clear and open communication style
