- Minimum 2 years of successful Medicare tele-sales experience
- Active Life and Health Insurance License
- Exceptional communication skills: Engage clients in friendly, professional conversations and overcome objections with finesse.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits
- Tech-savviness: Navigate CRM and communication platforms with ease.
- Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, obtain AHIP and Carrier certifications, and continuously improve.
