- Serve as a trusted advisor to seniors by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate Medicare solutions.
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and developing effective outreach strategies.
- Utilize outbound marketing techniques, including calls, emails, and texts, to connect with seniors and help them make informed decisions about their healthcare options.
- Maintain organized records, track progress, and manage leads through CRM and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful Medicare tele-sales experience.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits.
- Strong tech-savviness, with the ability to navigate CRM systems and communication tools.
- A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and obtain necessary certifications.
- Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative and emotionally intelligent, with strong interpersonal skills.
