Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Input and categorize transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Generate and review monthly financial statements
- Communicate with clients to request missing documents or clarify information
- Work with the accounting team to meet deadlines
- Follow firm standards for documentation and file naming in Canopy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly when questions arise
- Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
- Experience with Canopy CRM (a plus, but not required)
