FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Core Account Manager in the Tennessee, Ohio, or Kentucky area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key sales territory by nurturing existing relationships with Partners and developing new ones. Your goal will be to plan, direct, develop, coordinate, and monitor sales and marketing strategies that align with FORSHAW’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of B2B sales success, including developing and supporting Partners while collaborating with colleagues to provide effective solutions that exceed Partners' expectations. You must have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and superior communication and relationship development skills to succeed in this role.

Requirements:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to promote FORSHAW’s products and services within your assigned territory
- Identify potential Partners, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Nurture existing partner relationships to increase wallet share and profitability by providing value-added solutions
- Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with Partners to ensure alignment and accurately focus on their specific needs
- Promote and support the rollout of ForeSight, our innovative inventory procurement and management tool, to increase operational efficiencies and improve financial performance for pest management professionals
- Utilize various Microsoft tools to track, analyze, and provide regular updates on territory performance and opportunities for growth
- Increase awareness of the FORSHAW brand and visibility at industry associations
- Actively network to expand FORSHAW’s meaningful impact within the industry.

Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of four years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record increasing sales and profitability while providing superior customer service; prior experience in the Pest Management industry is a significant plus
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, include written, verbal, and listening
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.); familiarity (or desire to learn) Microsoft Power BI and a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) application
