NOW HIRING: PROPERTY MANAGER LIHTC

- Independently establish priorities, manage time effectively, and fulfill assigned objectives timely.
- Respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of OneSite, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills.
- Ability to comprehend rental documents and carry out related rent collections and lease.
- Ability to assist in completion of financial records, budgets, and other fiscal documents.
- Demonstrated understanding of property operations with emphasis on lease terms and contract enforcement.
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years Leasing Consultant or Property Manager experience or Associate’s Degree in Business Management.
- A minimum of one (1) year LIHTC experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year RealPage/OneSite experience.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil the customer service and leasing of rental units.
- Ensure the community is in compliance with LIHTC requirements by training, conducting audits, inspections, and reporting, led by the Asset Manager.
- Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
- Assist in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.
- Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforce the lease agreement.
- Lead in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Organize daily work and community operations.
- Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
