Overview :

Forsyth Barnes is partnered with a large-scale retail Client; they are currently overhauling their Entire POS systems across 5,000 stores. They are searching for a Business analyst to support the other Project managers around deployment and Lab Management of the Pos systems globally.

Responsibilities :

• Comprehend, analyze, and convey business requirements to align with store systems Product owners and development teams.
• Identify Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for each initiative with business stakeholders.
• Gather, define, analyze, and validate application requirements and business rules, scope, functional, and non-functional requirements, source to target mappings and user acceptance criteria to ensure identified stakeholder business value has been delivered.
• Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream implications of proposed changes to accurately assess impacts on surrounding systems.
• Actively participate in defining test strategies and scenarios using Test Driven Development (TDD) to support streamlined test execution with the QA team and business stakeholders.
• Stay aligned with business stakeholders on roadmap initiatives and delivery priority.
• Maintain prioritized requirements backlog in Jira.
