Over the past five years, the company has achieved remarkable growth and is poised to scale further. To support this next phase, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in brand marketing and strategic leadership to drive the company's rebrand and international expansion.
As the CMO, you will be a trusted partner to the CEO, responsible for leading a comprehensive marketing transformation. This includes a full audit and development of a forward-thinking marketing strategy to reposition the brand, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and elevate customer engagement across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise from the beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or health and wellness industries, combined with a strong history of driving commercial success and scaling businesses in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Leadership : Lead the rebranding effort to elevate the company's positioning in the market. Develop and oversee all aspects of brand, creative, social, and communications strategies.
- Strategic Marketing Oversight : Manage and integrate all marketing functions, including brand marketing, product marketing, product development, international marketing, digital and social media marketing (both performance and organic), influencer marketing, PR, events, partnerships, and creative production.
- Omni-Channel Growth Strategy : Conduct a comprehensive marketing audit and design strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Team Building & Leadership : Recruit, structure, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Define objectives, key results (OKRs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Build systems and processes to support efficiency and sustained growth.
- Global Expansion : Spearhead the brand's entry into new markets across Europe and other global territories, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience.
- P&L Management : Oversee marketing budgets and investments, aligning financial goals with strategic priorities.
