Brief Overview:
As the Manager of Digital Marketing, your job will be to develop growth strategies that enhance customer journeys, drive product discovery and conversion, and encourage new customer applications. Your ability to strategize, implement, and iterate digital initiatives will play a critical role in meeting business goals and accelerating growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide digital marketing strategy across channels to create seamless customer experiences
- Help improve ecommerce, email marketing, paid media, search, and other digital channels to help create the ideal purchase journey and encourage product exploration
- Develop scalable methodologies to support customer acquisition, retention, and value by helping client become the food supplier every chef wants to stock their walk-in
- Continuously work to improve performance across all digital channels to maximize return on effort and investment
- Implement testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help lead a cross-sell up-sell program to deepen customer baskets and encourage exploration of product catalog
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and merchandising teams to design and implement effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies on web, app, and email
- Partner with Product and Revenue Operations team to align recommendations with customer needs, preferences, and evolving UX/UI best practices
- Map, analyze, and refine the customer journey across digital interaction points, using insights to improve experiences and drive basket size & product penetration
- Ideate creative and innovative solutions to create more seamless digital experiences answering customer needs
- Bring third-party software expertise to extract full potential from our technology partners
- Manage and utilize third-party platforms, including dynamic display software and CSAT, and A/B testing tools to enhance digital marketing efforts, build customer feedback programs, and grow customer value and sentiment
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Merchandising teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Align KPIs for all digital marketing efforts with the Senior Marketing Analyst, pushing to improve cadence reporting on performance and insights
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in leading and scaling digital marketing programs across ecommerce, email, paid media, search, and other channels (at least 1-2 years in a management role).
- Experience mapping customer journeys, designing automated workflows, and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like dynamic display software, A/B testing and marketing automation.
- Strong strategic skills with ability to interpret key measurements, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
- Ability to develop long-term digital strategies that align with organizational goals while remaining flexible to adapt to evolving needs and new initiatives.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
