We are working with a prominent global retailer specializing in recreational vehicles and outdoor accessories, seeking to hire an IT Lead with a strong focus in Payroll System Applications and Compensation Incentive applications. Responsibilities :
Provide technical / hands-on support for payroll, time, and sales performance systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth payroll processing and compensation management.
Lead the implementation of a new commission / sales performance system, including requirements gathering, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing disruptions in payroll, time processing, and sales incentive applications.
Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and testing, ensuring compliance and minimal impact on payroll and sales compensation operations.
Maintain accurate data across systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting needs for HR, finance, and sales teams.
Key Requirements :
Strong hands-on experience supporting payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday Payroll, Ceridian) and sales performance applications (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, SPIFF, CallidusCloud).
Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and incentive compensation, with hands-on experience in system configurations and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system issues related to payroll processing, commissions, and performance-based compensation.
Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, particularly with commission-based applications like Xactly.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, adapt to shifting priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
