Forsyth R-III School District is seeking applicants for a Technology Support position. Qualifications include knowledge of computer hardware, the ability to diagnose device problems, software installation and management, as well as providing maintenance for a large inventory of devices. Job duties include, but are not limited to: supporting end users in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, replacing or repairing computer hardware, installing workstations, printers, and software, ordering, storing, and maintaining computer parts, assisting users with issues related to Microsoft Office and Windows 11, knowledge of Active Directory and Chromebooks, resolving issues with our LMS and adding new students, addressing basic networking issues, running the Help Desk, and teaching student cadets about all aspects of technology. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills, are essential.
