- Performs clerical duties and serves as a receptionist for Human Resources - Leaves Office
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy
- Collect and maintain employee files, such as applications, resumes, Sick Leave Program, ADA
- Assist with recruiting, including scheduling interviews and verifying references
- Perform data entry and filing of all HR-related documents
- Provide support to the HR Team with various tasks as needed
- Answer incoming phone line
- Greet guests needing HR support
