Job Opportunity: Experienced Draftsman for Commercial Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in creating complete plans for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural systems, and will be capable of integrating these into comprehensive designs. Some civil knowledge is preferred, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate drafting plans for commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to create integrated design solutions.
- Review and revise plans as needed based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Assist in ensuring the design aligns with budget and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drafting, with a portfolio of completed commercial projects.
- Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural design.
- Proficient in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
