Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and promoting hotel amenities.
- Administrative Duties: Manage bookings, track reservations, and ensure accurate data entry into our PMS system.
- Safety and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with safety guidelines to create a secure environment.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work venue/event-driven schedules, including evenings, weekends, and long hours when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college credits and certifications in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and bilingual abilities (Shoshone Bannock/Spanish) preferred.
- Certificates and Licenses: Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and qualify for Fleet Management coverage.
