Job Description
The Accounting Specialist obtains appropriate supplier documentation and adds / maintains all suppliers in Workday and the State of Kansas system for all departments on campus. This position also assists with overseeing capital assets and management of procurement cards. Additionally, the position provides support in account reconciliation, processes mileage payments, and distributes FHSU general mail. This position requires the ability to multitask and have strong written and verbal communication.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Three years of related professional experience in an accounting or bookkeeping position or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications :
Appointment Date : Start date to be determined after acceptance of an offer and completion of a criminal background check.
