Shift:
Up to 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period

The LPN provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of the RN. May assist in patient care tasks and clerical duties.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provides direct nursing care to patients on the unit, reporting concerns, data and abnormal findings to the RN.
- Performs specific tasks and treatments beneficial to patient care.
- Visually observes and interprets alterations in physiological and psychological status of all patients.
- Provides holistic nursing care to patients that incorporates family involvement.
- Documents care provided and data elements in the patient's medical record.
- Collaborates with members of the care team to provide quality patient care.
Requirements of this position include:
- Associates Degree
- Ability to effectively communicate with care team, patient and family members.
- Current State of Wisconsin LPN license; BLS
