Qualifications
Education/Training
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- Required work experience 3-5 years, 5-8 preferred
- Alternative Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in related field highly preferred or must have 7 years of experience and HR Certification.
- PHR, SPHR and/or ShRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
- Previous management experience preferred
- Previous related healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, stste and local HR/employment laws and regulations.
- Compliance with administrative agencies.
