REPORTS TO: FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
SALARY: DOE
POSITION STATUS: REGULAR FULL-TIME, FLSA NON-EXEMPT
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
Position Description:
This position is responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the property and clubhouses in keeping with sound engineering practices and procedures.
Essential Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name, and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye.
- Sweep and mop restroom floors.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas in the restaurant and bathrooms before guest arrival.
- Clean walls and sanitize counters, sinks, and toilets in all guest-related areas.
- Empty trash and clean cans as needed.
- Keep all restrooms and guest areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Clean and wipe down patio tables and benches.
- Keep the delivery dock area clean and tidy.
- Keep sanitation solutions at the proper levels at all times.
- Assist in receiving and storage of food deliveries.
- Assist with meetings, banquets, and special events.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs as needed and assigned.
- Light clubhouse landscaping & carpentry duties (painting, woodwork, masonry, minor electrical repairs).
- Treat all company property with care and respect.
- Travel to & from the hardware store as needed.
Work Conditions:
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking; pushing; pulling; bending; stooping; and upward reaching. Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures; dirt; dust; fumes; unpleasant odors; and loud noises.
Additional Duties and Qualifications:
- At minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends and Holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
