REPORTS TO: Guest Services Supervisor

POSITION STATUS: Regular Full-Time, FLSA NON-EXEMPT
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
Position Description:
Carry out responsibilities as directed to include the authority and responsibility of overseeing the golf facility and reporting to the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf/General Manager.
Essential Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You and Goodbye.
- Oversee all daily operations of the facility including golf operations and retail sales.
- Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage
- Assist the Head Golf Professional with tournament coordination.
- Assist with Golf Shop inventories.
- Provide competent golf instruction.
- Assist with the administration of reports and other data.
Additional Duties and Qualifications:
1. High School Degree or equivalent.
2. Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
3. Currently enrolled in the PGA Program.
4. Must have the ability to work well with the public, other staff members, and departments.
5. Retail experience is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Will supervise outside golf staff. Total number of staff to Supervise – approximately 25.
