Performance Responsibilities
195-day contract. FMSD (S4) Salary Schedule. 7 hours per day. Non-exempt.
Evaluation: Performance on this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of non-certified personnel.
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience with working with PowerSchool, student attendance, analyzing data, or strong background with technology
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
- Professional office experience and love for children.
- Ability to take instructions and work well with others.
- Passion for working with the public.
- Fine attention to detail.
Job Goal

Performance Responsibilities
- Performs usual office routines and practices associated with a busy and productive office environment.
- Completes State Department and South Carolina High School League reports/eligibility.
- Monitors athletic eligibility paperwork.
- Prepares daily attendance record keeping.
- Makes phone calls to parent/guardian regarding attendance after 3 days.
- Distributes attendance letter for 5 days unexcused/10 days unexcused absences.
- Helps organize and plan athletic events/practices.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
