Responsibilities And Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Support the front office with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, letters, and memos.
- Assist with processing and organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with accounts payable data entry and processing
- Assist the human resource department with various projects as needed
- Support customer service efforts by assisting with ticket sales or fan inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Assist with other office-related tasks and special projects as needed.
- Assist with the oversight of office equipment

- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
